Their service was very prompt. We had to use them twice in one week and were very satisfied both times. My only advice is to get an emailed receipt rather than a text receipt. The text receipt may not be accepted by your insurance company for reimbursement due to not enough details.***If you have Allstate make sure you get a copy of the original bill to turn in for reimbursement. They won’t accept an emailed one.***
We were traveling through Tennessee and broke down on 81…I was able to get off the interstate and down into Kingsport. I was from out of town and travelling with 5 children. Through Google I located the number of a towing company and called. Jerry and a young lady (I never caught her name) responded quickly and were so helpful! They were able to locate a mechanic that was willing to replace the part I needed and even stayed with me to make sure we got the right part! They went above and beyond! Customer service was outstanding and the prices were incredibly reasonable! They took what was a desperate situation for me and turned it into a great experience! Thank you all so much!
